During our upgrade to a new platform, uplinkearth.com has identified that data from the legacy servers (decommissioned July 11, 2008, 12:00AM EST) to our upgrade platform has caused some customer content to be out of sync with our new platform. �

Our engineers are currently working on a resolution. We thank you for your cooperation on this matter, and will provide an update once information becomes available to us.

Need to retrieve old mail? To retrieve mail use the following settings:

Password: your email password.
Mail Server: legacymail.domain.tld
SMTP Authentication: required
IMAP port: 143
POP port: 110
SMTP Port: 25

Our FTP Settings have changed! To access FTP please change the following in your FTP client:

Username: domain.tld
Server/Host: domain.tld
Password: Your Account Password.
Port: 21

*** Before making changes to your site, please ensure you download/reverse publish the most recent copy from our new platform first.

Manage your Account:

1) Control Panel Login:
We are excited to introduce WebsiteOS as our new Control Panel. To login please follow the steps below:

Go to http://uplinkearthhosting.com/
User Name: Enter any of the domains included in your package
Passwords: Your Account Password.

2) Manage multiple Domains using WebsiteOS � More details can be found by downloading the Website OS Manual http://uplinkearthhosting.com/:

Login to the Control Panel
Click on Website Management
Click on VMS Manager

On the new platform, each domain will have its own web space. If your package includes multiple domains, please login in to the domain you would like to update by using the New FTP Settings.
