	<li><font size="2">Login to  WebsiteOS &gt; Securities  &gt; SSL Manager </font></li>
	<li><font size="2">Generate a CSR</font></li>
	<li><font size="2">Ensure that you have an email address that is permitted to receive SSL Approval letter (i.e. admin@domain.tld/ ssladmin@domain.tld , for a full list of acceptable email addresses please see </font><font size="2"><strong><a href="#list">List of approved email addresses for approved SSL</a>
	letter</strong></font><font size="2">) </font></li>
	<li><font size="2">Once your CSR is created answer the following question, and follow the directions according to your answer:  Did you have an active SSL on the legacy platform? </font></li>

	<li><font size="2">Contact your SSL Authority and request an SSL certificate re-issue using your newly generated CSR</font></li>
	<li><font size="2">Once the SSL Certificate has been re-issued , contact Technical Support via email (support@uplinkearthhosting.com) and  request an update to your SSL be sure to include the SSL Certificate within the email. </font></li>
	<li><font size="2">After Technical Support receives your email, a ticket will be created to process your request. Once the request has been fulfilled you will be notified. </font></li>

		<title><![CDATA[Generic SSL]]></title>

<font size="2">You have the option of using our free generic SSL certificate. 
You will not have to contact us to generate this certificate. <br />
<strong><br />
To 
set up the SSL generic certificate do the following:<br />
</strong></font>

<ol>
	<li><font size="2">Log into the websiteOS and select the "Use generic SSL 
	Certificate (free) " radio button from the "SSL Manager" page </font>
	</li>
	<li><font size="2">Click the "Next" button. You will be prompted to confirm 
	installation.  </font>
	</li>
	<li><font size="2">Click the "Next" button to complete the operation. This will 
	set up our generic SSL certificate on their domain. The result of operation will 
	be displayed on the "SSL Manager" page. The result includes the name of the 
	directories they have to use for secure content and a link to their secure site. 
	The two directories are called "secure" and "secure-cgi-bin".
