During our upgrade to a new platform, uplinkearth.com has identified that data from the legacy servers (decommissioned July 11, 2008, 12:00AM EST) to our upgrade platform has caused some customer content to be out of sync with our new platform.  

Our engineers are currently working on a resolution. We thank you for your cooperation on this matter, and will provide an update once information becomes available to us.

Need to retrieve old mail? To retrieve mail use the following settings:

  • Email Address/ Username: email@domain.com
  • Password: your email password.
  • Mail Server: legacymail.domain.tld
  • SMTP Authentication: required
  • IMAP port: 143
  • POP port: 110
  • SMTP Port: 25


Our FTP Settings have changed! To access FTP please change the following in your FTP client:

  • Username: domain.tld
  • Server/Host: domain.tld
  • Password: Your Account Password.
  • Port: 21
*** Before making changes to your site, please ensure you download/reverse publish the most recent copy from our new platform first.
